Dubrovnik Festival
Summer is the time when the Dubrovnik region comes to life. On 10 July every year there comes a voice from Sponza saying LET THEM IN. That is the sign for the beginning of the Dubrovnik Festival. There are performances all around the town and it is hard to find a single square that did not host the actors and spectators of the Games. Many performances held in the open, concerts and exhibitions create a special atmosphere within the town walls. On 25 August a white flag with the inscription "Libertas" symbolizing freedom is struck and the Dubrovnik Summer Games end.
